| At most financial institutions | Includes teller & internet banking. Remember to allow 3 to 5 business days for payment processing. |
| Pre-authorized payments | This is the most convenient method of payment. Never worry about being late or missing a payment. |
| Night deposit | A night deposit is available next to our front door to drop off payments outside regular business hours. |

| By credit card | Pay your bill online with Visa or Mastercard, or over the phone by contacting Hearst Power Distribution Company at 705-372-2815. Payments are made through Paymentus, a third-party service who charges a convenience fee of 1.75% per credit card transaction. |
Security Deposit
Security deposits are determined and managed in accordance with the Ontario Energy Board’s Distribution System Code, ensuring that customers across the province receive consistent and equitable treatment in respect to deposits.
New customers of Hearst Power are required to provide a security deposit as a condition of supplying or continuing to supply distribution services unless enrolled in pre-authorized payments. Some exceptions apply – refer to Hearst Power’s Security Deposit Policy to obtain more information.
