Mis au point par la Commission de l\u2019\u00e9nergie de l\u2019Ontario, ce programme vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les frais d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par l\u2019entremise d\u2019un cr\u00e9dit figurant sur la facture du consommateur.
