Vous devez indiquer \u00e0 la Corporation de distribution \u00e9lectrique de Hearst le nombre d\u2019unit\u00e9s admissibles dans l\u2019immeuble en remplissant puis soumettant un <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Declaration_Form_Multi_Residential.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">formulaire de d\u00e9claration (en anglais seulement)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette mesure, le compte doit respecter l\u2019une des conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>il se rapporte \u00e0 une propri\u00e9t\u00e9, selon la d\u00e9finition donn\u00e9e dans la Loi de 1998 sur les condominiums ;<\/li>\n<li>il se rapporte \u00e0 un ensemble d\u2019habitations, selon la d\u00e9finition donn\u00e9e dans la Loi de 1997 sur la protection des locataires ;<\/li>\n<li>il se rapporte \u00e0 une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 appartenant \u00e0 ou lou\u00e9e par une coop\u00e9rative, selon la d\u00e9finition donn\u00e9e dans la Loi sur les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s coop\u00e9ratives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voici quelques exemples de lieux qui ne sont pas admissibles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un entrep\u00f4t \u2013 les mini-entrep\u00f4ts ne seraient pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des unit\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles, car personne n\u2019y vit et n\u2019utilise la totalit\u00e9 des installations ;<\/li>\n<li>un motel \u2013 \u00e0 moins que certaines chambres ne soient lou\u00e9es \u00e0 long terme comme dans une pension ;<\/li>\n<li>un immeuble \u00e0 bureaux \u2013 comme les bureaux d\u2019un courtier immobilier o\u00f9 chaque locataire disposerait de son propre local, car personne n\u2019y vit et n\u2019utilise la totalit\u00e9 des installations ;<\/li>\n<li>les aires communes dot\u00e9es d\u2019un compteur distinct comme les vestibules, les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9clairage, les buanderies et les piscines ou les clubs de gymnastique, car il n\u2019y a pas de locataires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"100-width.php","meta":{"iawp_total_views":14,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2313","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
